The Experience
- Sessions take place in a welcoming, peaceful room. We begin by talking about what you want to accomplish. After you have adequately expressed all that you would like to share – and I feel that I have all of the information needed to be of help – you will move to a comfy massage table complete with pillow and blanket for your total comfort and relaxation. Then, I will guide you into the state of hypnosis. This is followed by a relaxing journey of healing visualization, guided imagery, and metaphor.
- You may opt to have Reiki in combination with the Hypnotherapy, (HypnoReiki), for a particularly healing and therapeutic experience.
- Convenient phone sessions are also available and are just as effective ~ maybe more so, as they take place in the comfort of your own home. (You must have a speakerphone or an earpiece for a phone session.)
- A typical session is an hour in length. In most cases, permanent change is achieved within 6 sessions.
- Sessions are $65 per hour, or 6 sessions for $350 (a $40 savings)
